In your first 30 days

Visit Workday to enroll in these benefits through your onboarding tasks in Workday. You must enroll within your first 30 days.

Don’t forget to enroll in these benefits as well! They take effect the first of the month following the date you submit your elections in Workday.

Your benefits are not active until you submit your elections in Workday and the vendors process your elections. Once this is done, your benefits take effect on your hire date. FSA, HSA and commuter benefits take effect the first of the month following your enrollment in Workday.

After your first paycheck

After your first paycheck, you may enroll in the 401(k) plan by going to the Fidelity website or calling 800-835-5095. Keep in mind that you will be automatically enrolled in the 401(k) plan at a 6% contribution rate after 35 days from your hire date. You need to act even if you do not want to participate in the 401(k) at this time! If you do not want to participate in the 401(k), you need to enroll at 0%.
