When scheduling your annual leave, give your manager as much notice as possible. Splunk will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your requests, but all time off is subject to prior approval. You’re required to submit your vacation time off via Workday.
Community service is what we’re all about. Whether you volunteer with disaster relief efforts, national charities, schools, or local not-for-profit and community organizations, Splunk supports you.
All employees are eligible for up to 40 hours of paid time off each year to volunteer. You must schedule in advance and receive approval from your manager.
