Please note, the Splunk time off programs, including holidays, leaves of absence, and PTO, are valid through your Cisco onboarding date. Once you onboard to Cisco, the Cisco time off programs will apply.

Splunk’s discretionary paid parental leave program supports you and your growing family during this very special and important time. The benefit offers top-up pay at 15 weeks for primary caregivers and at two weeks for secondary caregivers at 100% of your regular weekly base gross salary, in coordination with any statutory leave benefits.
