In your first 30 days
You can learn more about all your Splunk Benefits and enroll yourself and your eligible family members in the Canada Life Medical, Dental, Vision plans using the Splunk Benefits Hub. It is important that you complete your benefits enrolment within your first 30 days for your benefits to take effect retroactively on your date of hire.
You will be automatically enrolled in the Life and Disability insurance with Canada Life, Carrot’s family-forming benefit, the Modern Health wellbeing solution, and the RRSP plan.
Since you are automatically enrolled in the RRSP plan you can select to start or stop making contributions at any time. Splunk will match your contribution up to 5%.
