Cyclescheme makes cycling to work accessible and affordable by enabling you to swap part of your annual salary to obtain a bike and/or cycle accessories. You can request a cycle package up to the value of GBP 10,000, making a tax saving of 25%–39%.
You can shop Cyclescheme online or in-store in over 2,600 participating retailers across the UK.
If you select to join the cycle to work scheme, you will enter into a hire agreement for a new bike and/or accessories, via a salary sacrifice arrangement. This allows you to save on tax and NI and spread the cost over 12 monthly deductions from your pay cheque.
Getting started
Follow these easy steps to get you on your bike:
- Browse the Cyclescheme Partner stores, do your research, and decide on your budget and cycle package.
- Elect this benefit via Splunk Benefits Hub.
- Cyclescheme will email you an eCertificate, which will generate a redemption code. This will arrive around three weeks after the benefit has taken effect.
