Holiday schedules
Holiday? More like holi-YAY! Outside of your vacation or PTO, use the holidays to relax, recharge and re-energise with family and friends. All Splunk employees are also eligible for global rest days.

If a bank holiday is on a weekend, a substitute weekday becomes a bank holiday, normally the following Monday.
Full-time and part-time employees are eligible for holiday pay effective on their date of hire. Regular part-time employees will receive holiday pay if the day of the week on which the holiday falls is a regularly scheduled workday.
For purposes of this policy, a “day” of holiday pay is equivalent to the employee’s normal daily rate of pay, based on their regular schedule.
