Who’s lucky enough to participate in Splunk’s stellar selection of benefits? You are, as long as you’re a regular employee. Your spouse or partner and your children up to age 25 are also eligible to participate in the Medicover plan and purchase discounted MultiSport cards.
You’re eligible to participate in Splunk benefits starting on your date of hire. If you want to participate in medical, MultiSport or life insurance, you’ll need to log in to the Splunk BenefitsHub (via Okta) and complete your enrolment by these deadlines for your coverage to be effective on the first of the following month:
- MultiSport: 22nd of the month
- Medicover: 25th of the month
- Life insurance: 25th of the month
If you join the life insurance plan more than three months after your eligibility date, you may be subject to a six-month waiting period.
Medical coverage and MultiSport memberships are also available to your spouse or partner and your children up to age 25.
Your benefits will terminate upon separation from Splunk.
