Who’s lucky enough to participate in Splunk’s stellar selection of benefits? You are, as long as you’re a regular, full-time employee.

Effective dates

You’re eligible for Splunk benefits as of your date of hire. Medical cover is available to your spouse, up to four dependent children under age 25, and one set of parents under age 80. If you enrol in the Medical plan within your first 30 days at Splunk and you add your eligible dependants within that time, cover will be effective for all of you as of your hire date.

Your benefits will terminate upon separation from Splunk.
