What you need to know
A wise woman once said (and we paraphrase here), “If we took a holiday…it would be so nice.” We couldn’t agree more. That’s why Splunk offers paid holidays. So you can take some time to celebrate with friends and family and make lasting memories. Everybody, spread the word!
2022 holiday schedule

Please note: There are 16 company-paid holidays for calendar year 2022. (2023 New Year’s Day will be observed on Monday, January 2, 2023, and counted toward 2023 holidays.)
When a holiday falls on a Saturday, it will be observed on the preceding Friday. If the holiday falls on a Sunday, it will be observed on the following Monday.
Full-time and part-time employees are eligible for holiday pay effective on their date of hire. Regular part-time employees will receive holiday pay if the day of the week on which the holiday falls is a regularly scheduled workday.
For purposes of this policy, a “day” of holiday pay is equivalent to the employee’s normal daily rate of pay, based on their regular schedule.
